The Return of Hersh’s Anti-Temperance Society!
On Monday nights at 6:30pm from January through May, we’re going to teach you lots of things about the sauce, whether you want us to or not! Some of the sessions will be conducted by our lovely bar boss Ali Dryer, but some will be led by the brewers, distillers and winemakers who impress Hersh’s, with the first Monday of every month dedicated to beer. A special $5 drink will be available to HATS attendees all evening at the bar.

February 20: Manhattans, and Ways to Riff on Them
February 27: New Orleans Cocktails… because there’s *so* much cocktail history in NOLA but also because Mardi Gras!
March 13: Tequila, mezcal and what to make with these delicious agave-based spirits.
March 20: Old World v. New World wines, with the very knowledgeable Bacchus Importers’ rep Marcie Prince.
March 27: Sours rescheduled! Tonight we’ll be learning about delicious drinks for your Easter celebration, like Corpse Revivers and sparkling wine cocktails.
April 17: Sours! Come learn about these bright and refreshing cockies, which are nothing like the swill that comes out of sour mix.
